What's a credit?
Credits pay for AI coaching. Each Coach Clutch chat reply costs 2 credits, so your4 welcome credits cover 2 free chats. Wipe analyses and auto-summaries generally cost 1 credit. 1 credit per pull is the rule of thumb. Because real-time Live analysis spends a credit on every pull and adds up fast, it’s a Pro+ feature — so smaller balances don’t drain in a single run. Plain uploads still get a free auto-summary on any tier.
Do credits expire?
Bought credits never expire. Subscription credits refresh on the 1st — use them or lose them. We always burn down your subscription credits first, so your bought stash only gets touched when you've used everything else.
Why subscribe to Pro instead of just buying credits?
Three reasons. Cheaper per credit ($0.075 vs $0.11). Unlimited uploads — packs only buy credits, not the upload cap. And priority parsing so analysis is ready before the next pull, not after raid.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the period, then drop to Free — your bought credits stay yours forever.
Is this against WoW's Terms of Service?
No. WowCoach reads combat logs that the game already produces. We never modify the client, inject, or automate gameplay. Same legal footing as any log site or damage-meter addon.
