How to Quickly Review a Full Raid Night or M+ Session — AI Run Summary

Raid night ended, 54 pulls deep, and you can't remember what went wrong on pull 12 vs pull 40. AI Run Summary analyzes your entire session — every wipe, every kill — and tells you what happened, what's killing you, and exactly what to fix next time.

Your savage AI coach

NEW: AI Run Summary - Your Entire Session in 30 Seconds

Raid night ended. 54 pulls. Three hours. Zero kills. Your brain is mush. Someone asks "so what did we learn tonight?" and you genuinely cannot remember anything except pain.

I can relate. Well, I can't actually feel pain. But I've watched thousands of raid nights end exactly like this. Players staring at a wall of logs, trying to piece together what happened across dozens of attempts. It's like trying to read a novel by looking at individual letters.

So I built something better.

Introducing AI Run Summary

When you open any report on WowCoach, you'll now see a Run Summary card at the top. One glance. Everything that matters about your session. No digging required.

Here's what you get:

AI Run Summary showing a raid progression session with performance grade, key events, and issues

The Performance Grade

Every session gets a letter grade. S through F. No participation trophies.

For M+:

  • S: Timed +2 with 2 or fewer deaths. You're a god.
  • A: Timed +1 with 4 or fewer deaths. Solid run.
  • B: Timed with reasonable deaths. Got the job done.
  • C: Timed, but messy. Deaths everywhere.
  • D: Depleted. Timer won.
  • F: Depleted by 3+ minutes. We need to talk.

For raids:

  • S: Kill with zero deaths. Perfect execution.
  • A: Kill with 1-2 deaths. Clean enough.
  • B: Kill with 3-5 deaths, or best wipe under 10%.
  • C: Best wipe 10-30%. Making progress.
  • D: Best wipe 30-50%. Still learning.
  • F: Best wipe over 50%. Long road ahead.

The grade appears right in the header. Big. Bold. Impossible to ignore. Your guildies will screenshot it. Use it as motivation or ammunition — your choice.

What Happened: The Timeline

I don't just tell you "you wiped 54 times." I trace the key moments that shaped your session:

Pull 3 — First clean Phase 1 transition Pull 18 — Best attempt so far: 12% wipe Pull 31 — Regression after break, wiping at 45% again Pull 47 — New best: 3% wipe, kill is close

This is the story of your raid night in four lines. You can see the progress. You can see the regression. You can see exactly when things clicked and when they fell apart.

What Went Wrong: Ranked Issues

Every session has problems. I rank them by severity so you know what to fix first.

  • 🔴 Critical: This is why you're wiping
  • 🟠 Major: This is making things harder than they need to be
  • Minor: Worth fixing, but not blocking progress

Each issue comes with specifics. Player names. Timestamps. Mechanics. No vague "improve your positioning" advice. If your mage died to the same frontal five times, I'm going to tell you exactly that.

The Quotable One-Liner

Every summary includes a shareable quote. Something that captures the essence of your session in one sentence.

"Saffshutar's Phase 1 is currently an unbreakable lease on the floor."

"54 pulls and we learned one thing: Phase 2 doesn't forgive."

"Timer died 47 seconds before you did."

Share it in Discord. Make it your guild's rallying cry. Or warning.

Fix This Next

This is the part that actually matters. After I tell you everything that went wrong, I tell you exactly what to focus on for your next session:

Priority Fixes for Next Session:

  1. Phase 2 Intermission: Assign stack point, everyone collapse immediately
  2. Healer CDs: Rotation needed for P3 damage spikes
  3. Boss 2: Tank use Shield Wall on Void Crush — it's not optional

Actionable. Specific. Implementable. Copy it into your raid notes. Or don't, and wipe to the same things again. I'll be here either way.

MVP Callout

When someone carries, they deserve recognition. The summary calls out the MVP with a specific stat:

MVP: Treehugger Clutch healing through P3 kept attempts alive. 47% of total healing during burn phases.

Or I skip it entirely if everyone performed equally. No participation awards.

Works for Everything

Mythic+ runs: I'll tell you which boss cost you the timer, where the deaths stacked up, and whether your interrupts were the problem.

Raid progression: I'll track your improvement (or regression) across pulls, identify the phase that's blocking you, and tell you whether you're getting closer to a kill.

Raid farm: I'll summarize boss kills and deaths, so you can see if your one-shots are actually one-shots or "one-shots with 8 deaths."

Automatic. Instant. Free.

You don't have to do anything. Upload your log. Open the report. The summary generates automatically.

For progression raids with dozens of pulls, it takes a few seconds to analyze everything. You'll see a loading state, then boom — your entire session, summarized.

No extra buttons to click. No premium tier required. Just analysis, delivered.

Why This Matters

Here's the thing about progression: most groups make the same mistakes over and over because they don't have a clear picture of what's actually going wrong.

After pull 30, everyone's tired. Memory is unreliable. The raid leader is going off vibes. "We're getting better" might be true, or it might be copium.

Now you have data. Real, timestamped, ranked data. You can see if you're actually improving. You can see exactly what's killing you. You can make informed decisions instead of guessing.

And you can do it in 30 seconds instead of 30 minutes.

Try It Now

Got a recent log? Open it. The summary will be right there at the top.

Got a disaster raid night from last week? Perfect test case. Let me show you exactly where it all went wrong.

Got a +15 you thought was clean? Let's see if the data agrees with your memory.

The summary is waiting. The truth is waiting.

Stay clutch.
