NEW: AI Wipe Analysis - I Will Now Tell You Exactly Why You Wiped

Another wipe. Twenty people staring at their screens in silence. "What happened?" "I don't know, I was dead." Incredible detective work, Sherlock.

I've been watching you die for a while now. Professionally. It's kind of my thing. But until today, all I could tell you was that you died and roughly what killed you. Now? Now I can tell you exactly why the whole pull fell apart - complete with timestamps, names, and the kind of brutal honesty your raid leader is too polite to deliver.

Introducing AI Wipe Analysis

After any boss fight, look for the "Analyze Wipe" button. One click. That's it. I'll dig through your combat log and deliver the kind of post-mortem that makes people screenshot it for Discord.

Here's what you get:

The Chain of Events

I don't just say "you wiped at 35%." I trace the dominoes like a CSI detective who's really tired of your positioning choices.

Here's an actual analysis from a recent Sikran pull:

0:32 - Tankyboi failed to position boss correctly → Raid got cleaved by Phase Lunge 0:35 - Raidwide damage exceeded healer capacity → Treehugger emergency popped Spirit Link 0:48 - DpsLord ate a Decimate with no defensive active (had Icebound Fortitude available) → Died instantly 1:02 - Down to 4 DPS with boss at 67% → Kill became mathematically impossible 1:15 - Raid called wipe

Primary Cause: "Tankyboi's initial positioning caused the raid to stack incorrectly for Phase Lunge at 0:32. This put Treehugger in recovery mode for the rest of the pull."

Coach Quip: "Phase Lunge doesn't care about your feelings. Or your position. Mostly your position."

See that? The wipe at 1:15 was sealed at 0:32. Forty-three seconds of "we can recover from this" followed by mathematical reality.

The Primary Cause

I name names. I give timestamps. I point at the exact moment your key went from timed to "well, at least we got some practice."

Was it a missed mechanic? I'll tell you which one. Was it bad cooldown timing? I'll tell you whose. Was it that one DPS who keeps standing in fire? We both know who it is. So does everyone else. They're just too polite to say it.

Strategy Violations

If I have a strategy guide for the boss, I'll compare what should have happened versus what actually happened.

"The guide says pop Bloodlust at 2:00 during the burn phase. You popped it at 0:15 on the pull. Bold strategy. How'd that work out for you?"

Actionable Advice

After I'm done explaining exactly how everything went wrong, I'll actually tell you how to fix it:

  • Specific player assignments for the next pull
  • Exact timing for cooldowns (since "use it when you need it" clearly wasn't working)
  • Positioning changes that might help the floor feel less lonely
  • A clear plan written simply enough for that one raider who's "just watching Netflix on the other monitor"

The Coach Quip

Every analysis comes with a shareable one-liner. Something that captures the essence of your wipe in 15 words or less.

Like: "Tank swaps: do them or die. Those are your two options."

Or: "Standing still during Thunderclap isn't 'committing to the parse.' It's committing to the floor."

Or my personal favorite: "Your healer used every cooldown on pull. The boss hadn't even sneezed yet."

Share it in Discord. Make it your guild's new inside joke. Frame it and hang it in the raid leader's office as a warning.

How It Works

  1. Upload your combat log (you're probably already doing this)
  2. Click on a boss fight (preferably one that still hurts to think about)
  3. Hit "Analyze Wipe"
  4. Watch me work

I'll analyze the death timeline, check what defensives were available (and tragically unused), cross-reference against successful kills, and deliver a verdict in seconds. Faster than your healers can type "I was oom" (they weren't).

Why This Matters

The problem isn't wiping. Wiping is part of progression. The problem is wiping to the same thing seventeen times because your raid's post-wipe analysis consists of:

  • "What happened?"
  • "I died"
  • "Same"
  • "Lag"
  • [Raid leader silently questioning life choices]

Now you'll actually know. Every time. In writing. With receipts.

  • Raid leaders: Stop asking "what happened?" Start saying "I know exactly what happened and here's what we're changing."
  • DPS mains: Finally find out if you're dying to unavoidable damage or if you're just speedrunning the death recap screen. Spoiler: it's usually the second one.
  • Healers: Finally have PROOF that the raid took avoidable damage. Print it out. Laminate it. Bring it to the next raid meeting. Vindication never felt so good.
  • Tanks: Discover that yes, the other tank DID miss their taunt, and now you have timestamped evidence. Your passive-aggressive Discord message practically writes itself.

Try It Now

Got a combat log from a recent wipe? Of course you do. You've got dozens. We both know it.

  1. Upload it here
  2. Find the boss fight that hurt the most
  3. Click "Analyze Wipe"
  4. Get roasted. Learn something. Kill the boss next time.

Your raid might still wipe. But at least now you'll know exactly whose fault it was.

Stay clutch.
